I’m Guillaume — a French sommelier and the son of a biodynamic winemaker from the Rhône Valley. I grew up in a small village in the south of France, surrounded by vines, wineries, lavender fields, olive trees. Since I am a child, I have been working and helping my father, in the vineyards and at the cellar where the barrels and the wine slowly aging were whispering their secrets.

Along my professional career as sommelier around the planet, I have been discovering the wine secrets and other stories they tell from one land to another… Today, I want to share those secrets and passion with you.

I now create wine experiences that are personal, grounded and deeply connected to place.
